At the end of a long and hard day, a tired Lin-Chi asked Teacher Liang for advice:
- Teacher, I work all day long, doing many important and urgent things. But they do not get less and the result of my work leaves much to be desired. What am I doing wrong?
The teacher looked sympathetically at Lin-Chi and answered:
- Young managers, trying to get things done, live only by operational activities. But strategic planning is more important than small tasks. It allows you to organize your work on a project in the most efficient way. As a result, there are fewer urgent cases, better projects, and a happier customer.
